Our own Peggy Clark has just received the 2014 International Association of Relationship Research’s (IARR) Distinguished Career Award. From the Yale News article:
The honor recognizes a full career of eminent, notable contributions to the research, theories, or practice of relationship science. Peggy has concentrated on identifying and studying behaviors that contribute to positive relationships rather than focusing on negative behaviors that harm relationships. “Focusing research on what it takes to get these relationships ‘right,’ while rare, is important, for they involve far more than refraining from poor behaviors.”
Congratulations, Peggy!
