Congratulations to Dylan Gee, who has been awarded a 2022 Society for Affective Science (SAS) Early Career Award for outstanding contributions in the field of Affective Science. Highlighted by the award is her work on neurodevelopmental mechanisms linking early adversity with risk for internalizing psychopathology, specifically ways in which the developing brain adapts to its early environment and provided novel insight into the impact of early experiences on corticolimbic circuitry and mental health.
