Lauren is a doctoral candidate in Social Psychology. Broadly, she is interested in gender hierarchies, relationships, and identities. Her dissertation explores how stereotypes and attitudes are formed based on group interdependence relationship. Additionally, she has projects exploring essentialist beliefs about stereotypically gendered traits and how gender impacts the expression of communal behaviors.
