Steve Chang selected for a BRAINS award from NIMH

June 24, 2016

Congratulations to Steve Chang, who has just been selected to receive a NIMH BRAINS award (Biobehavioral Research Awards for Innovative New Scientists). This is a distinguished award developed by the NIMH director to award very few young scientists to do highly innovative, high-risk/high-return research. Steve will use his award to develop and study an inducible animal model of social dysfunctions arising from the neuronal interaction between the anterior cingulate cortex and the amygdala.
